The book starts with the author's view on health, happiness and fulfillment. This view will be illustrated by the real life stories following and which are meant to raise your consciousness. All through the book questions will be asked for you to answer and for you to make up your mind about the subjects that pass by.Annamarie van der Kwast has a passion for life and learning in life. She is a Master in Communication Science, a Shiatsu Masseuse, Reiki Master and Practitioner (PR), and she studied the Grinberg Method and Psychology. She has played table tennis on the highest level in Holland for 20 years and has a lot of work experience in different kinds of organizations and jobs: from the Dutch Cancer Institute to an IT company, from an Organizational Advisor to a Therapist.
